3. Canteen Credit / Reload

  • The App allows users to reload credit and use it to pay for purchases at participating canteen outlets.

  • All reloads and transactions are processed securely through Gkash.

  • The App does not store sensitive payment information, such as full credit card or banking details.

  • Users are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming a reload or purchase.

  • Reloaded credit is generally non-refundable, unless required by law.


4. Acceptable Use

  • Users must use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to disrupt the App may result in account suspension or termination.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • The App provider is not responsible for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by technical issues, downtime, or transaction errors.

  • Users agree to use the App at their own risk.


6. Third-Party Services

  • The App uses trusted third-party services to operate, including:

    • Firebase – for push notifications, analytics, and app performance monitoring

    • Gkash – to securely process reload and payment transactions

  • These services operate under their own privacy policies.


7. Changes to the Terms

  • These Terms may be updated at any time.

  • Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.


8. Account Deletion

  • Users may request account deletion by contacting finance@akoof.com

  • Upon verification, the account and related data will be deleted or anonymized, except as required by law.
